CLBI is a relational discipleship experience which combines relevant bible teaching, outdoor adventures, cross-cultural experiences, hands-on ministry, and transformational friendships.
- We believe in tight, Christ-centered community. That’s why we value a relational atmosphere where genuine friendships can be formed through mentorship, small groups and dorm life.
- We believe that the Bible is relevant to the questions you are asking. That’s why we have Bible courses taught by instructors from around the world who love their students and teach with passion.
- We believe that classroom concepts need to be lived out. That’s why we engage in ministry experiences like ‘Urban Hike’ – one week of serving and identifying with the poor in the inner city.
- We believe that God has created us with the capacity for wonder and worship. That’s why we give priority to worship that is interactive, artistic, and full of Spirit and truth.
- We believe that God’s creation is a cathedral and a classroom. That’s why we head into the wild for canoeing, hiking, caving and winter camping trips.
- We believe that God desires to share His heart for the world. That’s why we go on cross-cultural experiences to places such as Kenya, Ukraine, India, Ecuador, and more.
- We believe that Bible school should be affordable for everyone. That’s why we offer one of the most inexpensive programs anywhere (total – $7760.).
